ROOF-A-CIDE ROOF STAIN PREVENTION

This prestigious, 14-story resort hired Integrity to clean and treat every square inch of its tile roofs on property once the damage caused from yearly pressure cleaning became evident. Risk management did an extensive review of Integrity's safety policies & procedures, fall protection systems, experience, OSHA knowledge and insurance coverage before job commencement. 

Two years after this condo association spent a few million dollars replacing their tile roofs with asphalt shingles, mold growth began to plague the roofs. Desperately seeking a solution to keep the “mold-resistant” shingles clean, they brought Integrity to clean and treat all the roofs with Roof-A-Cide®. After 5 years of unsightly mold growth and a bad roof cleaning experience, the HOA board opted to stretch their budget to do a clean and Roof-A-Cide® treatment. Now these beautiful roofs never have to be cleaned again. Although the steep roof pitch was a challenge, our experienced technicians tackled it after a few days with ease. 

Steep roofs, city permits, limited tie-off points, restricted roof access, tight roads and pedestrians was nothing Integrity couldn't handle when cleaning and treating these roofs in the middle of Downtown St. Pete. The sister association, Madison II was so impressed with the finished work and lasting results, they have contracted Integrity to clean and treat their roofs in February 2020.

This number is the sum of multiple associations located on this island that have seen the power of Roof-A-Cide since 2017 and have chosen to treat their roofs. The cost to treat these clean roofs with Roof-A-Cide® is equivalent to using a bleach solution on a dirty roof. 

This condo association brought Integrity in to help extend the life of these shingle roofs and keep mold from growing on them. Integrity has cleaned, treated & retreated a total of 9 roofs to date. 

These particular roofs have been through a vicious cycle of mold growth and constant bleaching for 15 years; Integrity was hired to clean them and also treat the mail kiosk roof with Roof-A-Cide®. Management was so happy with the roof cleaning and treatment on the community townhome roofs, they hired Integrity again to bring the same value to the clubhouse, pavilions and guardhouse roof. 

Integrity cleaned this hotel from the roof to the walls using a lift in just a few days. For a high traffic location located next to I-4, cleaning up this location was a must! 

Since the good work our crew did at the location in Brandon, management has referred Integrity to several La Quinta Inns in the area. Integrity cleaned and treated this stone-coated metal roof with Roof-A-Cide® and cleaned the pavers and walkways was well.
